I will be loading ammo for a whole hunting group and we want to share 308 Winchester ammo for logistical purposes. I'd love to find such a bullet in bulk, about 500 or so, and preferably under 30 cents per. Thank you.

Thanks! That's exactly what I was waiting for. That comes down to 7 cents a bullet, for 124gr FMJ (not plated) 9mm bullets, if you buy 4k. That's one HELL of a deal, I think. I've been trying to hit the Extreme sales, but those things have been frustrating as Hell to try to hit.

I concur, but suggest that it's important to jump on those deals when you see them. Cabela's is popular, and they sell out pretty fast. As you (djryan13) and I both know, the stuff on the shelves evaporates fast once the store's doors are unlocked. Especially in Buda.

I've found that the S&B primers are harder than most. Light strikes in CZ 75's and a FNX-45 Tac. Their rifle primers have always gone bang though.

Cabelas is having a sale on Remington 12 gauge buckshot rounds. $64.99 for 100 rounds. If you go over 99 dollars, you get 5 dollar shipping. Remington has a rebate of 25 dollars back on a 100 round box to go along with this. This brings the price down to about 40 cents per round.

Got an email from them a while back... the 2nd one is the "new" PV website, but I guess the original one is still active as well. Funny, PV's original website looks like it was created in the 80's, but the "new" one (which is less than a year old) looks like it was created in the 90's lol.
