Hornady 55gr .224 Z-max $70/500
I haven't seen 55gr available in a long time, and I will never understand why they are significantly cheaper than v-max but I stocked up! |

Xtreme is running 5% all plated currently I've shot Berries, Xtreme, and Montana Ammunition Company(http://montanaammunitioncompany.com/index.html) ps those are not Montana Gold Out of these I prefer the Xtreme. Others were fine, but the Xtreme seemed the best quality for the most part, although the Montana had the most consistent OAL. Plating on the Xtreme to me seemed better than the Montana and accuracy was a push as I'm the weakest link in that deal |

Not a jump up and down type of deal, but in order to follow the rules of the thread, Powder valley has both FMJ and SP Hornady 55 grainers for $50/500 + shipping. |
