I found them at Midway for $19.99 for a 4 pack. I also got 4 spline lock rings for $13.99. These are “sale” prices, but between the sale price and decent ($7.70) shipping, this seemed to be the best deal around. |

That sounds like a good price |

I love these bullets, so I'm going to order some, thanks. If you don't know they feed fine in an AR, same load data as 55 Gr FMJBT's. For me .75 5 shot groups at 100 yds. |

I've found things in stock at Powder Valley via google that I couldn't navigate thru their site to find. Or just click here: https://www.powdervalleyinc.com/product/hornady-224-22-55-gr-sp-w-c/ A little bit surprising to me for bulk 55gr, I found a load with H335 that will do 1 MOA at 100y with these. I think it was 24.5gr. |

The last bulk Hornady bullets I bought were 55gr FMJs. From Monmouth Reloading. Which turned into Armorally. Great people. I gotta get some of those SPs too.
And I’m looking for a deal on 230 grain FMJ or plated .451 bullets. |

Figured I'd share this. Mods you can delete this if this is inappropriate.
I've noticed powder valley is getting a couple of good powders in, one being Varget today. I've also noticed how damn hard it is to get the powder that you want in your cart without timing it perfectly before they put you on a time limit wait pending orders. If you happen to time it correctly and actually see the green font that says in stock, add it to your cart. If it doesn't add it and says not available, keep refreshing your page. You'll get a submit page confirmation or some shit. Click yes and keep refreshing until the powder lands in your cart. Works everytime, I tested it today several times. |

I'm trying to find some Varget.
I got this response from Hodgdon yesterday - We are shipping it out now. It was available distributors last week on our website and others. Check with our distributors also you can order from our website at Hodgdon.com , brownells, powder valley, midwayusa, midsouth shooters supply, natchez shooters supply, graf&sons, cabelas/bass pro. These powders sell very fast. Recommend checking at least 4 times per day. I know some of you got it at Powder Valley but I have not seen it at the others mentioned in 2 years. 12 minutes after this email it was nowhere to be found at Hodgdon. Is there some secret place that I don't know about? I see all of these 'sites' that look really suspect and I'm hesitant to buy from them. I could really use some help from the experts. |

View Quote Sign up at ammoseek and set up notifications for Varget https://ammoseek.com/reloading/powder?ikw=varget One thing about Ammoseek that people need to know: It does not monitor Midsouth, Powder Valley, Natchez, Grafs and Sons, or Brownells, (Ammoseek can only monitor stock of sites that have given them access to their site). For those sites you will just need to check the inventory a few times a day. |
