I’m looking for a promo code for Midway USA.  And/Or a better deal on the Lee APP ($79 with free shipping) than Midway offers.  Thanks!

Edited to add details.

Stopped by Dunham's today & they still had several thousand. Picked up 2k for $187 out the door. They are in a glass cabinet, fairly hard to see.

My thread was locked, so I guess this goes here.  I'm looking for some 240gr .44 magnum bullets that can be pushed fast.  Just got a 6 inch revolver and will be purchasing a 20 inch lever action in the future.  I want an economical bullet that gives decent accuracy. I use Zero 158gr in my .357, but can't find any of their .44 bullets.  Would a hi-tek coated bullet from a place like Missouri Bullets handle the higher speeds coming out of a rifle without leading?  Any other suggestions?

How fast are you wanting to push them?
I have some x-treme bullets for 44. I have not had the chance to shoot any however. I bought them for cheap plinking ammo in my desert eagle.

https://www.xtremebullets.com/44-240-RNFP-Heavy-Plate-p/xc44-240fphpcb-b0500.htm

They state not to exceed 1500 fps, which in the 6 inch revolver should not be hard. In the 20 inch lever gun you can exceed that by a couple hundred fps. You might try some and slowly work up to full power in the lever and look for signs of issues.

Well, I have 2400, so I'll be looking at probably between 1600 and 1700 on the high end.

For chucku about where to find 7.62X39 brass.

google search 7.62X39 once-fired brass will provide several solid and well stocked sources.

I've used Capital Cartridge once about a year ago, but can't recall my experience in any indepth detail but do recall getting my order.

Try starting another 7.62X39 help getting started thread but be very careful to avoid component where to find.

If I stray too far here dryflash may snip my post(s) here.

Can a mod edit the title of this thread to make it clear you can ask for where to find things?

Currently it says "Where to Find /Tools, Components, Promo Codes Go Here. NO QUESTIONS or off topic comments."

So I assumed "NO QUESTIONS" meant this is only a thread for posting things you know are available, not asking questions about where to find things. But whenever someone posts a thread asking where to find things, he is directed to this thread and his original thread is locked.

Thanks!

If they were LRP I'd FO even at a limit of 1.

Americanreloading has 25% of projectiles with the code "xmas" so I've been stocking up on 30 cal components.

I found a web site selling rifle primers in lots of 50,000.  The brand name was familiar to me but it escapes my memory right now.  They were from Argentina.  If you are interested, do an AmmoSeek search.

Admittedly, I shoot a lot, but 50,000???

Servicios y Aventuras primers sold by Zincpoint. Pretty much constantly available at 10+ cents per, check ammoseek if interested.

Intriguing.

Taking the RCBS MSRP for the dies ($79.95 for .45 ACP) and shell holder ($8.45), you get a brick of primers for about $100, including shipping (2 separate shipments) and HazMat.

Let's assume a $25 HazMat fee, and (generously) a $10 fee for each shipment.  That makes the brick of primers cost $55.  It's a heck of a deal.

YES! Thank you. I’ve been desperate for LRP and I also needed a set of creedmoor dies for the 550 so this was a perfect deal. $169.99 all in isn’t bad considering my other option was to buy some Palma brass so I could use SRP

Edit to comply with the most heavily moderated sub forum on all of arfcom

Shooters Pro Shop has 6.5 140gr RDF and CCs for < $300/k

Careful guys, you are getting chatty.

Has anyone seen any decent hollowpoints that will do well in 38 special anywhere? All I can find are XTPs, and they don't.

@Ohio
Have you tried FTX, Hornady is about the only ones appearing in stock lately.
140gr FTX
You could also backorder some jhps from Zero/Roze distribution, the wait could be a bit though. The Zeros are the best bang for the buck at .10ea
