Just got mine today..it looks great. One problem though..the mag is marked for 25 rounds...and I ordered the rifle with a 25 rd mag...It won't load more than 10...what's the deal?

...in all seriousness, post pictures of the magazine with 10rds loaded and maybe we can advise.

A bit of research shows that the mags are all marked for 25 rds...but, some are blocked and limited to ten rounds, for non free states. I did order the rifle with a 25 rd mag..so apparently the seller didn't realize they were sending a ten round mag.  The butt stock on my rifle is also different from any others I have seen.

Loosen the metic hex head screw that attaches the block at the bottom of the mag spring and lower it to the lowest position and tighten.

nope....no hex head screws on this mag, all torx screws.....and the spring doesn't look long enough

My mistake, yep its a torx. And you are also right the spring would probably be too short.

Maybe you could get the correct spring from GSG or perhaps they would swap you mags?

I guess now the question is, who has the best prices on mags?

Sorry to ask but what caliber is it?

Talking about the .22 replica from GSG imported by ATI. I like mine, but it's not for everyone.

I'm liking it so far......except for getting the lo-cap mag when I ordered the full-cap....although I'm n ot shooting much of anything for a while...my left shoulder is torn up and I'm undergoing surgery to repair it Thursday.

FYI, You can get a GSG5 22rd spring and use it in the mp44 10 rounder housing. Just take the mp44 mag apart, pull the roll pin and move it down, then replace the spring. I did this to mine because I got a 10 rounder as well when they first came out. Also, that stock is different than any other one I have seen.

Yeah...I'm hoping ATI can shed a bit of light on that for me.....do they even still come to this forum?
