How about a GSG AUG?
Dear GSG,
Whats next after the AK? Just want to know to plan for next purchase. Save money or spend now. |
I'd like to see a .22 P90...
Now a P90 22lr, I'd buy, but it'd be interesting to see the magazine design
Could be setup similar to Black Dog AR mags...full size, just with inner walls the correct dimensions to handle .22lr....
Anyone know what the mag cap is supposed to be on the AK .22?
15 rounds on the AK per an ad I saw with a hottie in a bikini holding a 22LR AK
That AK doesn't look much like a real AK. I mean, it's pretty far off compared to the MP-5. Will it be more refined when it's actually released?
Will all the GSGs use the same "guts", but in different bodies? Lastly, I'd like to see some GSG versions of guns we simply can't get here, like an L85. |
G36K G36K G36K G36K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think GSG needs to come out with with a .22lr version of the AUG, that would be amazing!
Ooohh....that would be awesome.

I'd like to see a L85a2 .22, one we could actually legally own in the U.K!

Any updates out there on the GSG-SDs shipping in January? Is Gemtech still on target to start shipping in January, and if so is that early or late in the month?
Along with my hardon for a G36, I would throw my wallet at a Styer TMP clone.

+1 Please... |

Hey as much as I would like to have a G36k for a 22LR plinker, I don't think that will happen due to design copy rights. Notice something in common with all their designs? Yeah, these are all more than 20 years old!
Apparetly from what I read in an online magazine review, GSG mentioned that due to design copyrights and more importantly, having to get approval and even if GSG got one from HK, I bet they would have to pay a licensing fee to use a current design like a G36 or MP7. This would only raise the price of an already above the bar price for a 22LR rifle as it is. Just what I read and it seems to make sense. Same thing with drug patents. |

Another +1 TOTALLY Agree |

MAC10 or Uzi anyone?
I would love to see a G3 in 22lr
a Japanese type 100 SMG would be cool in 22lr.

Anyone ever heard of a Gevarm?... Looks kindof like a tommy but is .22lr
This thread is a good indication there's a good market for cool looking guns that are cheap to shoot. Makers need to be taking action unless business is so good they don't have to expand their market.

Any updates on the SD version yet?
+1 for a GSG AUG.
mullerjd,
I am interested in the SD version as well. Do you know what the differences are between the current GSG-5 and the GSG-5SD? I cant seem to find any information or specs on the SD. Thanks. |
I love the designs. I would imagine the 1911 and the SD will sell like hotcakes.

on the first page there is a list of parts, why is there a 2 rd mag, and who would use it?

and I thought it was bad with 10rd max

Some places only allow you 3 rounds loaded at any given time when hunting.
2 rd mag +1 in the pipe = 3 rds. |

It's honestly not a terrible choice for varmint hunting with decent optics. It's relatively compact, easy to carry and pretty accurate even with mediocre ammo.

Any word on the GSG AK rifle ? Release and pricing ?
Cadaver eyes upon me see..........nothing.
I'm lovin' the SD, as getting a MP5SD forearm and fake can is the first thing I'd do with a GSG5. That and a collapsible stock.
I would love to see GSG come out with an MP40 or STG 44 in 22LR, but I won't hold my breath.

So how much is 1749 Euro?

Now if I had that, I'd give my GSG 5 to the first person who showed up at my door!!!.
THANKS FOR THE INFO |

How about just concentrating on making more GSG-5 rifles. :)
I'm sure you guys are working as hard you can on the GSG's just frustrating that they are so hard to come by. |

As i do the local gun shows here in MI . My business partner and I bring our personal weapons for people to check out. To say that My GSG-5 has been shouldered by many would be an understatement. 1st they ask if it's for sale, then they ask where to get one as the rifle has that much appeal with the shooting public here in Michigan. My 2 cents is crank them out as fast as possible, make mags available in mass, and with new Gen's bring up the quality so the weapon is more robust for heavier use. As I shoot in the ACTS matches here in Michigan we now have a rimfire class and so far three shooters are using GSG-5's in competition. Myself included. Oh and thank you for making this neat little rifle! I now have my MP-5 fix! |
