There are several stocks I am interested in posted here both retractable and folding.  But some of you didn't post info on the stocks.  Do I essentially need to look at airsoft companies for a stock?

With CA Stock, smooth fit, no issues:

With the stock in the fully collapsed position I had no problems with ejection through 100 rounds of CCI MINI mags.
The following photo shows the bullet location relatave to the rail, just prior to being chambered.

Finally got the front rail system (CYMA) in:

I though it might be something different since I could see the barrel clamp screw sticking out there.

making it fit wasnt the problem, just used my dremel to cut out where the serial number plate is. the trouble was getting the weapon back together...... not fun

Not to shabby on the dremel job, I must say.  Not too bad.
I think the Navy Lower looks horrible just because you have to chop through the bullet markings on that side, but this one doesn't look too bad.

it wasnt too bad. it only took about 2hrs. the hardest part was putting the rifle back together. i took the it all the way apart.
and i can tell that the reciever is cheap plastic. definitely not a strong as the stock one....

Can't help you with how he did his Guarder QD suppressor, but I might be able to give a few hints on how I did my King Arms QD suppressor.

I certainly hope you like the taste of crow, because it's "what's for dinner."

The King Arms QD suppressor is ALL metal, except for the foam "baffles" on the inside which have been removed.

I'll start a new thread with pics and a tutorial next week once I get a couple of parts in. I will tell you it's not for the "rotary tool challenged".

Sorry I had to do it.  A lot of people post stuff and then you never hear from then again.  Especially since you have a removable fsb on a rail and you have some weird cover where the fsb used to attach.  since the whole weapon wasn't seen in the picure, how would we know that it wasn't just an airsoft rifle.
ok now.  looking forward to the tutorial.

So sometime ago I got a GSG-5 .22. Well I have been tinkering and trying some things with it. I really like where its at now.

Started here, GSG on the left

Then I replaced the stock with a CA Folder (yes, airsoft)

Tried a Shroud I had for my SW45, but it needs too much dremelfication.

Ended up with a CA fore end with light

Oh and I used a HK small sling pin for the stock.

Stock: CA A173M
Mount: Aimpoint brand/B&T style Lo-Pro mount for Aimpoints
Scope; Aimpoint clone

The mount allows for lower third Co-witness and the sights can be used perfectly with the scope powered on or off.

The mount is for an actual 9mm MP5 style rifle, not an Airsoft part. Now my GSG looks just like my Bobcat 9mm MP5 clone.

It's coming. I didn't get the new front sight till yesterday, which means it didn't get modified till yesterday and pics weren't taken till yesterday.
