Picked these up at an estate sale. Purchased as one set. All seem to be unsharpened. Largest one is almost comical it is so big!! Blade is 7.75 inches long!!
Some have "Rostfrei" stamped on blade. Anyone know anything about these? Are they of any value? -Patrick

Rostfrei is German for stainless.
Probably would/may sharpen up nicely. I never come across stuff like that.

All are swedge-bladed, bolster release.........probably from the '80's or '90's........I would guess 40.00-60.00 each. Sharpening them will reduce the value by 50%
