I thought it was some unusual steel but I can't remember what. I guess it's corrosion resistance properties don't stand up to a decade in a filing cabinet in my cellar

Shit! I didn't know there were such things as CavAid knives!
Looks like a pretty useful sort though. 4 of 10!! No wonder I missed out on them.

Yeah a guy makes customs knives made them. He's still around. They were advertised as "2nd amendment knives" I've never used it.

They fit perfectly in my blue Cav lower though. I was just this close || to buying a .22 upper for it when .22 all died up. |

In case anyone missed it. I don't know that I can ever fully express how much the help meant to me when I needed it. The money definitely helped with the lawyers bills, but knowing I had people in my corner was invaluable to my mental health.
