I really like the Benchmade 483 Shori for the most part. The lock button is a little small and not very comfortable to push, but it's small, light, and has a great blade shape and sharpness.

I picked up a caly 3.5 carbon fiber yesterday.....goes well with my 940-1. Those are my two Gents knives.

Another vote here for the Urban Trapper. Super cool look and function is great... as long as this is for light duty and you aren't expecting a workhorse. It's a very classy design, and I will never get rid of mine. My two cents is a Benchmade Foray if you are still in the market. That is what I carry whenever I am in slacks or wearing dress shoes. It is a bit out of your price range but has an awesome deep carry clip, can handle anything you throw at it too. You've had a few months to save up... |
