I work part time at Gander Mountain, Black Friday was in full force Thursday, we sold almost 70 guns, it was non-stop for 6 hours between 6 gun counter guys

I am tempted by the ZT 0566CF M390 for $160 at gpknives but I just bought a Busse a few weeks ago so I had to restrain myself

Up at 3:00 AM.
Out the door to Cabela's at 3:30, get there at 4:00 AM. Stand in line for an hour, in the rain, in 40 degree weather. Stand in line at the gun counter for another 30 minutes waiting for my number to come up. Stand in the checkout line for another 30 minutes. SCORE! Vortex Viper PST 4-16X50 for $499. Regularly $699. It's second focal plane, but it'll do. I got nearly the last one in stock. There were only 30 or so left after I got mine.
I coulda waited for the sun to come up and stayed warm and dry. |
