I pre ordered this knife when I saw it last January in blade show. Took them a year to get it out. Have to say it was worth the wait. Amazing knife and super smooth!!!
It goes well with the rest of my benchmade addition/ family.

Also I was wondering if anyone had any info on if or when they will release the one with the wedge cut out of the blade like the original pictures had.

You should get an Adamas too, it's also designed by Shane Sibert and has a similar blade. It's built like a tank.

Hate the handle. Way too thick (three layers!) for my taste. 
Jealous of the 'first production' marking.

Nicw group, do you ever actually carry any of those besides the griptilian? I collected antique case knives but sold them to buy a house. Now I have been buying benchmades but carry them all.

I rotate between the griptilan, one of the barrages and the one next to the griptilan. The rest I do carry but very rare. I also rotate though a spiderco and a few kershaws |
