I have one, I thought I only paid mid $40s for it. I see most places asking mid $50s now. I must have got a deal

Yep, you're not going to find the D-2 steel version at much less than $55 from most online knife dealers. I think it's a damn near perfect little blade for my survival kit.

for those wondering, i just used mine to skin a deer and after skinning it was still sharp enough to cut paper with almost no damage to the edge at all. it's good stuff.
