Anyone knowledgeable on Puma knives?

Was going through my Grandfathers stuff left to me by my Grandmother.

Came upon a Made In Germany Puma 970 Plainsman locking blade knife. Good condition, brass with wood inserts in the handle, stainless blade, lock has what appears to be a SN or Mod #, 96011, leather lanyard.

Puma makes great knives. I'm more favorable toward the fixed blade knives but I do have a folder. Look on the blade and you'll see a ding where they done a hardness test.
