Was given my grandfathers Navy knife, looks like he got bored while in the Pacific. The tip has been broken off, re sharpened, opposite side sharpened.  The leather discs nearest the guard is rotting out.

Anyone know of a repair shop that can work on them. If I try to work on it I'll make it worse.
