You might try Leodis Leather, or Wolfe Customs Leather. I don't own any of their sheaths, but their prices seem very reasonable. Their work seems to be just as good as Hedgehog. I do some leatherwork myself, and can appreciate the work they put into it. They both have youtube channels, under the names "grierwolfe" and "Ian Atkinson" if you want to check out some of their work.
