I have Hanwei (Paul Chen) Bushido Katana and Wakizashi folded blade.

There really has never been a better time to buy.  There is a renaissance in sword making in Japan;  rediscovered techniques (that have never existed all at the same time), plenty of skilled smiths and now with the world wide recession prices have dropped significantly on both old and newly made Nihonto.  

I love them as art, but I can't bring myself to drop $5k+ on art.  I content myself with a pile of books on Nihonto.  Maybe someday.
