That's a Spyderco Gunting. It's a discontinued model, probably worth around $200.

Designed by Bram Frank in the 90's as a knife and self defense pressure point/striking tool. Had a major following for a bit, then fell into collectible obscurity. Interesting tool and interesting concept.

Man, I've seen some ugly ass Spydercos but that thing pretty much takes the damn cake.

Looks like it even has a divot for bow drill use.  It doesn't look like a good knife for bushcraft use

The divot is an index point when using the knife as a pressure point or impact tool. Definitely not a bushcraft knife.
