I have used a pocket knife for years but i don't like having the clip on the outside of my pocket any longer, and also don't need something long. So I am now looking for a small knife I can use as a key chain. Who makes something like this?

Many Victorinox (Swiss Army) have a small split ring which you can use to attach the knife to your keyring.

I picked one on sale somewhere a couple years ago.

It's been on my keys ever since

I've used a Gerber STL-2 from Walmart for a few years. Nice blade for $12. As small and thin as a key.

It isn't pictured but the other side has a Phillips screwdriver.

Nice, but look like they're designed to cut your femoral artery if they don't have some kind of sheath.
It's like putting on crampons and walking through a room full of puppies.

All of my blades have kydex sheaths on the end of a key ring...I did not show them as there was no request for the sheath pic....and yes they could cut your femoral or brachial artery if you wished.
