Yes, from BF exchange. They're no longer made like this with the B.I.G, finish (Busse Industrial grade)
Also the edge has been done by previous owner. I was very careful with it as it came super sharp.

Recently finished up this pair. They’re headed to two brothers who recently lost their dad to cancer. The brother’s hunting buddies all chipped in to commission these knives and they were complete surprise.

These two spent their whole lives hunting with their dad. Without them knowing it, their buddies were able to get me some of their dad’s old hunting shirts. One camouflage, and one white thermal undershirt. I made the shirts in to micarta and made them each a knife using their old man's shirts and a sweet chunk of desert ironwood.

Got to hand deliver these to the brothers. They were a little confused at first, but as I explained everything they both got quite a bit of dust in their eyes. It was a very cool experience. I get a real charge out of knowing that I helped these guys memorialize their dad in a real, tangible way.

Very nice combo sir ^

These 2 joined my Busse Kins recently:
Basic 4 LE (skinny infi) and Infi RMD

There are some slight differences with the BIG finish infidu vs the INFI rmd:

Oh, and the rat wont fit in my BIG INFI-du sheath.

Do multitools count as blades here?

Got this Leatherman Wave for $17 from REI via the dividend and coupon, and I also got the Bit Kit from Amazon and a Fenix E01 light to fit in the sheath. Also tossed a small blue sharpie on the right side of it. Love this little thing so far!

And a few Benchmades all together:

Picked both of these custom knives up at local gun shows.  The bone handle gut hook is commercial steel, but the handle with concho feels and looks great.  The second piece, called "The Scalpel" by the maker, is a really fine piece, along with its sheath.

Coming in this week:

Specs:

5.25" blade length

9.325" overall length

8.5oz in weight

Blade steel is more than likely CPM154, since that's what Ken Brock usually works with.

Benchmade Adamas, I've been carrying it for a bit now and like the handle size. I personally didn't think I'd like a larger folder but I guess my freakishly large hands decided otherwise.

Opening and closing this thing is too damn fun as well.

Spyderco Barong - designed by Ed Schempp

I bought this from Ed himself at the Eugene knife show on Saturday. Awesome fit and finish. The blade measures 4" from the handle, with a 3" edge. Really fills the hand and you can choke up on the blade for fine work.

Thanks.   I love to find nicely figured handle material.  Now I just hope Photo Bucket will come back up so the rest of the pics come back.
