I had an opportunity to take part in the monthly fun shoot a the Eatonville 600yrd range in NW Washington last weekend. I was shooting some custom 700 grain 50 BMG bullets I made from scrap 7.5x55 brass.

Check out the video I put together.

The Bruce I'm thinking of was the guy who kept on getting a flier in each of his groups with his AR-50 until he had a thicker match grade barrel installed that cured the problem.  He has since sold his rifles and is now into big bikes.  I'm thinking I should load up some Amax and bring my suppressed LAR back to shoot some more.  I came in second place once, but two of the better shooters were not present and a 10" group was enough for 2nd that day.
