For those who are making loading blocks, try using thicker material and drilling a two step hole. First drill a 13/16" dia hole about 1" deep, then on same centerline, drill a 9/16" diameter hole about 1.625" inches deep (5/8" deeper than 13/16" hole). This will allow for flipping case upside down for processing without losing track of where you are in the loading process.
For storage in ammo cans and other products, a friend of mine who does gun related woodworking, makes wooden trays for various size ammo cans and other large containers I have. They come in 5, 10, 25, 50, 60, 77, and 138 round trays. He does not make the above described loading blocks. The 60 round trays fit a standard 50 ammo can, the 77 round tray fit a Fat 50 ammo can. I cut a piece of foam to put over loaded rounds to hold all in place in case can is tipped over in transit.

Not sure why his website doesn't work for me, but he makes great products.
