For you guys with auto 50s:

What type of accuracy are you seeing at 500 and 100 yards?

Are you using ball or hand loads?

I have always had the green light to get one, and I'm at the point where I either need to scratch the itch, or move on to something else.  600 yards is the farthest I've shot at, and I have done "okay."  I don't expect to hit pie plates at 1000, but certainly something like a 55 gallon drum is expected as I learn the rifle.  Thanks for the info, and sorry if this topic has been beaten to death.
