Can You remove the rear sight? If not, I need to order a bit higher rings, witch is a pisser..

Yes. The rear sight is removable. Drift out the pin through the windage knob with a .050" punch.  Hold down on the rear sight leaf a little to compress the spring and detent. Turn the windage screw a little to get started out the opposite side of the drum. Keep turning a little bit at a time till it clears the sight leaf.
You're done.
