THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT .50 BMG PRICE LIST
updated November 22nd, 2010
ZEL Tactilie T-2 What this is: A Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) reference for all commercially available .50 BMG caliber rifles. MSRP is derived from the respective manufacturer's website, via email and authorized dealers. What this is not: This is not a one-stop shopping guide; It is only a starting point. Purchasing a weapon should never solely depend on the price. Price is merely one of many factors. A balance of features, lead time, ergonomics and other issues should be included in any purchase. What else?: Please note that some of these rifles can be purchased for less than MSRP. And some manufacturers accept orders directly from consumers rather than only FFLs. Also, prices shown are base prices for each respective model. Different models, even by the same manufacturer, may come packaged with different accessories. Prices for fluted barrels, bipods, cases, et-cetera are not included unless they are part of the basic package for that specific model. This post will undergo several edits, send corrections via PM. New Safety Harbor Firearms (SHF) single shot AR-15 lower for BMG uppers. Same concept (no magazine well) as the DPMS "California" AR-15 lower already popular with BMG upper manufacturers.
SHF lower prototype in the white, $175
SHF lower production version, $185
DPMS California lower, $179.95 $184.95 |

USA-50 Semi-Auto, ~$3900. Notice the fluted barrel, fixed front sight and sling hardware. Is that a gas adjustment in the front sight tower?

FYI
The Bluegrass Armory Viper is listed as an MSRP of $2895. If you call them and order it directly, the price is actually $2295 + $30 shipping to your FFL. And unlike the Armalite AR50, the Bipod is included. ![]() |

The list started out as a project just to help me shop. Figured others might benefit also. I'm a lefty and wanted a right bolt gun; Left hand on the grip and trigger, right hand does everything else.
None of the right bolt guns will hit you. But some will feel awkward because they are close. Pay particular attention to the guns that load further aft than others.
See the "uppers" section. They all mount on an AR15 lower. |

Armalite just upped the price on the AR-50
It's now going for $2,999. I believe that is up about $250 from a month ago. |
