Looks like a shipment of Scar 17's must have finally come in. I ordered one yesterday, after 7 months of looking, for $2,899. They had both black and FDE.

KY Gun Co has them in stock now for those who have been waiting forever, like me. Not an ad, just a public service announcement. Who knows with FN when they will be available again.

Good to know. There was a small batch a few months ago and I thought that was going to be the beginning of a sizable shipment but that never materialized. Here's hoping these are substantial quantities.

The local "big" funstore (Skagit Arms) just soft opened their new store.
They have 3 FDE and 3 Black SCAR 17's in stock and more are supposed to be delivered when the actual store opening is held.

Good luck with that. Even in a buyers market they aren't available in large quantities. With the last batch, even some major distributors like Grab a gun literally got 2, one each in black & FDE.

I passed on an FDE 16s last week for $2499 + tax at my LGS. They had two of them.

They're definitely coming back. I'd like to be down at around $2300 for one. If I see one for that price plus tax, I'll probably grab it.

When it gets closer to 2k I'll think about it...and they will come down like before.
Otherwise I'll pick up a CZ Bren or Tavor or Robinson

According to my local FFL they pay ~2200 for them now, used to be about 2k. Any price around 2400 is about cost and 10%...heck they gotta make something...lol

I got mine for 2500. Loaded up the wife and kids and drove a couple of hours to get it, too, before it was gone.

I am a FFL GUN DEALER and none of my gun distributor never have FN SCARS IN STOCK. I Won a FN FDE SCAR 16S off Gunbroker last week $60.00 + shipping above my Dealer Cost. I am filling the Forum to SBR it and I have a new FN Factory Test Fired 16.0" barrel for sell EE in new upper parts. I plan on buying at my cost a FN 10.0" and send the upper to PMM get my Trust Engraved and meet the ATF Rules. Prices on Gunbroker.com have dropped $1300.00-$1500.00 since President Trump is in the office. Best way to contact me is gmail me.
