I have a couple KT Mech holsters for mine. One for an x300 and one without. My RMR fits both.

They seem to be made well, but they user a thinner kydex then some of my other holsters.

I have a Bladetech. Slightly bulky, or maybe that's the guns fault.

I have a level 2 w/light Bladetech holster also - it is built like a tank! The only downside is the cost and the bulk of it, but quality kydex isn't cheap and the FNX-45 Tactical is huge...
