Right, the 5.7 can have functioning issues with a slide mounted red dot. A frame mount would be a MUCH better choice. Quoted:
Whats new about theMK2? The 5.7 MKII differs in that it has a one piece steel slide (under the plastic slide cover). The earlier 5.7's had a two piece welded steel slide. Oh, and a "heads up" NEVER attempt to interchange slides between the MKII and earlier units. It won't end well! |
