As a followup to my recent STEN thread (see-- https://www.ar15.com/mobile/topic.html?b=6&f=22&t=466597 ),
I thought I'd post a pic showing what I ended up doing with my  STEN project, for now anyway--

Never could find a true replica cover available for sale, so I just went with something that had
(more or less) the correct "look," and works quite well--

...the suppressor that's on the gun right now is a Thompson Machine SG-2.

Otherwise, still trying to figure some quirks about my particular gun out... e.g., stock bolt seems to want to
fire "bursts" when set to "auto".  I swapped out a bolt from a parts kit, and that problem went away,
although it now sticks when engaging the safety notch (as shown in my photo, above).

On the plus side, no ammo or mag-related issues, so far...

Comments welcome!

Hello.
I gave a fellow on UZItalk info on the canvas covers. He was going to have some reproduced. Check there.

I made the post over on UT about the wrap.  I used your info rcbif, and made a pretty much exact replica.  Just waiting on my can to actually use it!

But OP that gets the job done anyway.  Looks similar too!  Great looking photo also.

Oh wow, I just looked at your previous thread and realized I responded to that one also, with some photos! Haha

Yeah, that's the other important thing-- it's definitely functional.

Even though it's not a rifle-power round, the suppressor will get
uncomfortably warm after 2-3 mags are fired.  The cover gives
a very conventient/comfortable handgrip.

I know it's been a while, but there's a guy on UT that made some that IMO came out great.
Not affiliated, just thought I'd pass the word.Wraps
