Not quite what you're looking for, but KOMODOJ on UziTalk made an AR15 stock and grip adapter for the Sten Mk II.
http://www.uzitalk.com/forums/showthread.php?81990-Sten-AR15-adaptor-by-KOMODOJ I bought one from him yesterday even though it'll be a while before my Sten clears. He might be guy to ask about fabricating one for you. |

^yep that would be my post on UT
KOMODOJ is actually the guy who did the underfolder stock as well. As far as I know is that it was a one off. Don't think he has plans as of now to do more of that stock setup. He's a great guy though, doing very cool things for the sten. One of the very few, that are trying different things right now with stens. |

Sounds like you might be the go to guy to fabricate one.
