Not a great deal locally, but better than anything I can find online.  Are Tactical solution rifles worth it?  Want to run it suppressed, and I have to drive to meet the guy and won't be able to shoot it when we meet.  I'm looking for sound reduction as well as accuracy.  I have a couple of tack drivers already, but being the rifle is semi auto, my line of thinking is that the action itself is going to be louder than anything else when shooting subs suppressed.  If you have one, how is it compared to other semis running suppressed per noise level?

Thanks

That might be a good price.  But they come with lots of options.

I'd never buy a factory Ruger 10/22.

Not sure you're going to see alot of difference in sound between the X-Ring OS and a regular 10/22 RB with a polymer/cushioned bolt buffer if that's the only consideration - which seems to be what you're focused on in your post.

That's basically an endgame 10/22 for $200 under the going price. Depending on what you already own, I'd say go for it. I've seen nothing but positive reviews for their products. I have one of their suppressors and a SB-X barrel, very happy with both.

If you wish to quiet it down, you can purchase a aftermarket bolt buffer for it. That's the piece that the action smacks into when it cycles...  stock 10/22's have metal ones, which is much louder. It may already have a good one installed, not sure. Either way it's only a few bucks.
