yes, but you need the thread adapter. From 5.56 thread to 7.62 can. It's a different muzzle device but the good news is; it's only about 60 bucks. It works awesome on my 5.56 guns. I have the 7.62 SRD QD Ti. here

Glad to help . One more thing, Read the directions carefully in regards to the crush washer between mount and break. They go in backwards and are rarer then hens teeth to replace.
