I doubt they will send a new one with a darker signature. when you request a new form from the ATF, they don't have the actual stamps on them. have you tried adjusting the darkness on the copier to see if you can get the signature to show better?
My form 4 signature from the ATF is very faint as well, I got it to copy though. I also got an approved form 4 back I forgot to sign as well.

I've seen them like that.
I wouldn't worry about it. It has the stamp on it. That's proof that it's registered and tax paid. |

What are the initials on the stamp itself?

I have form 4 like that. Hell, not even faint signature, more of a faint rubber stamp smudge. Stamp is there with the serial number so all is good.

I have form 1s that came back that were electronically signed. It is all black in signiture area and signature is barely visible. Signed by Mr. Clutter.

If you're nervous about it, scan it and use photoshop to adjust the colors until it pops up. Other than that, don't worry about it.
