Are you asking the length - the portion that slips over the barrel on the brake/FH?

The full size 556 Specwar is 7 1/8" OAL, and adds roughly about 6 3/4" from the muzzle without any shims or washers, IIRC. |

I'm looking for the extra length the suppressor adds to the rifle.
It could be found from how far the silencer covers the flash hider using something like: (Amount over Flash hider) - (Total length) = length added. Other manufacturers often list the length added to the rifle on their specs. Example below taken from Griffin Armament Recce 5 specs. Overall Length:6.2” Length Added: 3.8” |

When you figure in the OAL length of the rifle out to the end of the FH, then the length added is going to quite a bit LESS than what have been stated. It's going to be more like 5" added to OAL.

OP, length added is a flawed metric, as not all flash hiders are the same length.
It's like telling you that I'm 8 feet tall while standing on my couch. |
