I have a YHM Ti - Phantom QD 5.56 and I'm thinking I might want just leave one on the rifle full time and save the 4oz's (mount).
I'm thinking of a hard use full auto rated can. What I'm thinking of is the new Spec War k or Saker K but, direct thread. I'm not too particular about the manufacturer, reputable company and good quality/ customer service.

What recommendation's might you make?

Innovative Arms Grunt fits all your requirements. Was impressed with one on a semi and full auto lower.

For me it would be the Trek T no doubt...I just wish they were priced a little better and I'd have bought one by now.

I just got my Gemtech Trek last week.   So far, I am very happy with its size and level of suppression.     Its a little heavy, but thats easily addressed with the Trek-T.

I also wanted a direct thread-on can since it is going to live on one rifle.

I also have a Trek-T.  Haven't shot it yet as it's still in jail.  It is super light!

Is the Griffin Spartan 3 F/A rated?

Love my Gemtech Trek 556. Have about 1000 rounds through it and couldn't be happier. Here it's picture atop my 11.5" SBR. It will soon be replaced by a SilencerCo Saker 7.62 with a 5.56 end cap. The Trek will then go on my Palmetto CHF 16" upper and I'll run the piss out of it.

Hard to beat the Saker for a hard use can. If you decide you don't want direct thread you can always switch to QD with the Saker.

If weight is a concern the Trek T would be high on my list.

I own a Gemtech GMT-556LE and am very happy with it. Being designed to SOCOM standards it can take some serious abuse with full auto weapons.

The Trek-T is basically the same can but with lighter weight baffles (2 oz lighter) it was what i planned to buy but due to a dealer mess up i ended up with the GMT version. You can still use it on a full auto but maybe not idea for say a belt fed weapon.

There are suppressors out there that do more than 29db reduction but as far as weight and length goes these two are unbeatable.
