I believe the MB556ar and CAM4FA556 mounts each want 2.75" rearward. There is a shorter mounting mount, I forget the model number. Anyway, assuming you're talking about the CQB MRP upper, yes. I don't know the length of the rail on the rifle length MRP upper, which is probably the one you're looking at, but if it is 13" or less, it will work. I believe its 12".

It's the same length as a 13" Geissele.
