THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
I'm putting together a 10 1/4 " SBR, and very soon ( when finances allow) I will be doing a form 4 and buying a can! Which one do you guys recommend/prefer and why? I know I'm going with a qd type with its muzzle break/ flash hider to act as a baffle, and I'm lean toward a .30cal to use on other riffles as well, I'm looking at surfire AAC and YHM but open to whatever and will research out any new ideas, I like the "mini" cans also but would prefer quieter or length I think, but from what I have read the db reduction is not really that much different, any how let me know what your unsung and how you like it, pics are great as well.
Thanks

Mini-cans are novelty items. AAC's mini-7 is rated 16.2DB in .308.

Good .308 suppressors are in the 28-30DB range for performance. If you need a first can, it probably isn't a mini can that you need.

I think you're going in the right direction...

Form a Trust (if you so desire), choose your make and model, then lay the hammer down on some paperwork!
