Check cashed: 2/23 Called today: still pending. Lady said it went pending in March and they were still working on form 4s that were entered in during January. She said 2 more months.

Called today and had the worst experience yet with the person on the other end. The prerecorded message now states 6 months from pending, not 5. The woman on the other end got real huffy and fussy when she pulled up a pending date of Feb 10th for my 4 cans as it hadn't been 6 months. I politely stated stated that the last time I had called it was 5 months, and that even if that were the case, my forms have been in their possession for more than 6 months at this point (January 4th). She said something unintelligible and hung up. |

Just called to check again. I don't know why I torture myself.
I went out of my way to be overly polite this time. When the woman on the other end chided me for calling before 6 months and not to call in again, I once again stated what I had previously. The forms were submitted over 6 months ago (194 days) at this point and that when I had called previously I was told 5 months from pending. She replied back that they cash the check as soon as it is received (not sure why she brought up check cashing, I never mentioned it) so that there is no way they have had it since I sent it. I politely stated that according to my dealer, quite the contrary is true, and that the checks were cashed soon after being sent. I politely reiterated that its seems like the goal post are moving every time I call in. I asked if when I call next month is it now going to be be 7 months of wait time and I am once again going to be chided for calling in? I was then told I was being "disrespectful". I then asked how politely asking questions and stating facts in a calm tone of voice is "disrespectful". She replied that she felt I was "disrespectful" because I am asking questions and making accusations I politely stated if that is the case have a nice day and thank you for you help. I then hung up.
TL;DR - Called into check on the status of several form 4's that are past 6 months. Was told that I am being "disrespectful" because I dare ask a question that hurt the feelz of the woman on the other end of the phone. |

Make it an even 6 in 3 months to square it off  .
If you're getting rude folks the last couple times I'm sure it won't get any better with the amount of people probably calling in to ask where their crap is right now. Patience sucks tho, and I've been tempted to call in for the second time but have restrained myself. |

Called just cuz I'm a glutton for punishment. February 9th pending date which I knew from when I called in early June.
The quote of beginning to middle of July won't happen, so maybe my stamp will make it by August 22nd for my birthday . At least the rep was pleasant and not at all a cunt to talk to.
