Damn I can believe some of the dates here and your still waiting. I just don't get it. I have a friend that's been waiting since Aug 2016 for a suppressor. Way over a year. Everytime he calls they just say it's being processed.
I did 9 suppressors on a form 4 trust mailed in and a sbr on a form 1 on line in July 2016 before the dead line I got them all my tax stamps back by 5-2017. Got the sbr that was submitted in July 2016 on line in Nov 2016 I thought this 41f thing was going to speed up the approval process. I want to sbr some more rifles but the way things are looking it will take 2 years to get approval This 41f thing if anything has made the whole process worst not better. I just don't understand. Are they not processing these apps on purpose or just lazy as hell. As stated before the pre 41f time was not fast but it was a hell of a lot faster than what's happening now. This is ridiculous here. Is the ATF waiting for President Trump to get out of office in hopes of a ban or something so they are dragging their asses who knows what goes through the government's mind anymore. Let's change this it will make it more efficient. Yeah rightttttt. If it's got the government's stamp on it. It's anything but efficient. |
