I have. I idea but I think the above is the 3rd one I've seen that have been late July. And that one being August..

Makes me wonder mines not caught up in that giant load from SS, even though mine was purchased from Capitol armory, both are TX dealers.

It's no issue at all. There's just been so much posting that didn't really contribute (for those actually trying to track approvals) that I've added that rule to most of the post-41F threads I set up. No need to post until there's an approval. We have the "I just bought" thread for cans, plus all the pic threads. I'm going to try to keep the tracking threads on track.

Called for a status (pending 7/18) and got transferred to my examiner...who said "Yeah you're all set, except your dealer forgot to sign a form...so it needs to go back to them to get signed, and they'll have 30 days to do it." They got to it this morning, and said the letter for all this was actually going to be sent in today's mail.

So instead of picking my can up in a week or so, now it's going to be a month or so while the mail plays tag between MN and WV.

Got the call from the dealer today. Since he mailed it in and I never called for an update all i can do is post the it was mailed 7/8 or 7/11 and just got the call today.

I form 1'd some lowers that went pending on the 9th and one was approved yesterday. So is safe to say that there probably won't be too much more than a couple weeks for the deadline rush to be over.

As this thread winds down with the last of us waiting on pre-41F approvals I'm fine with it getting a little wild west. We've been waiting a year now and this is my best source of info. Over at NFA Tracker if you look at their charts I shoulda had my TB Ultra 9 two months ago!
