No Griffin decided to stop production to re-tool the the entire factory,then F'd up the first batch.
This really has been a trying process with SS & Griffin.. may just build future suppressors. make sure you all are joining Fight the Noise to change legislation for hearing protection bill |

Status-still fucking waiting. I see lots of people submitted after me already have their suppressors in hand. I bought two AEM5's at the same time. Thought I would have them by now. 9 months. I woman can have a baby faster. These wait times are going to get into the 18 month range real quick I have a feeling. We are only on April 2016 submissions. The real rush was may and June. |

I called earlier this week to get some dates considering last time I did this I had a lady who didn't seem quite pleased to be taking my call. This time I got a much more friendly lady. Last time I called I was told I went pending in July, I called again and the lady told me that they "received" July 13th. Now can this be taken as the same thing? Both times I called I didn't have enough time to have a more lengthier conversation. Only reason i'm asking is because I haven't seen any other July pending dates in here. Now my dealer on the other hand has been little to no help. He is a very nice guy but doesn't inspire much confidence in me. He doesn't quite know when he sent my paperwork off but after I dropped him an email he told me it was "Months before July". I also stupidly sent it as a postal money order and not a check. So I can't quite get the date off that. |

Either the dealer who filed the form 3 didn't ship the can right away or your local dealer didn't file the form 4 right away. Seems like a month passed with no action. |

I just realized i might be screwed. I sent my F1 off the last day before 41F using the USPS kiosk and I learned today that it might actually be postmarked the day after......

Calling the ATF is your only option to answering this question. |

Both my sandman L and sandman Ti stamps were received by my dealer 1-13-17. I sent them on a form 4 trust 4-24-16 and tried to forget about them, so I didn't keep track of any of the pending/approved dates. Now I'm waiting on my silencerco osprey and dead air mask, both filed 7-2-16... I don't expect to get those back till Christmas

The average wait time is increasing but the variability is increasing too. My buddy submitted the day before I did, and his stamp came in before Christmas. |
