One week short of 8 months for the form 4 on a YHM from Silencer shop transferred to my local dealer. Learned a valuable lesson that your Form 4 count doesn't start until the Form 3 transfer to your dealer is approved and complete. All told it took me 10 months to get the can.

I don't know. I'd bet that Capital Armory sent a bunch of forms in with mine. The Surge and mask were purchased then the Omega the next day. I had to mail Capital armory the copies of my trust and they took care of the rest. That added about 2 weeks to the time. I guess I got lucky and all 3 stayed together (but I won't know for sure until I see the initials on the stamps) Just hoping (praying really ) that they don't hold on to them until they get a big batch to send back out ( returning the favor) |

I was approved Oct 11 for my 3 suppressors and have not received the stamps yet, my dealer says 6-8 weeks is typical for them to arrive. When should I get worred?

It seems like forms 4s are at a crawl now. We've been stuck in March approvals for 5-6 weeks now and are still only at week 3 of March.
Form 1s are already approaching the end of May. |

I've been thinking ever since 41F that we were going to see a "hockey stick graph" of form approval times. It actually took longer than I thought it would to materialize, but I think it's definitely ramping up now. We've also seen eF1s pushing farther and farther ahead. IMO, ATF knows that efile is going away forever, so they are trying to knock all those out so they can focus entirely on paper forms. If that's the case, pending F4s are gonna be a tell temporary casualty.
