762SD So, pending on Nov 18, cleared last SUNDAY, March 18.... Picked it up from shop yesterday. I'm far too lazy to count the days and you gotta add 2 weeks for my stupidity (I didn't include copy of trust in packet, because I'm a dumb) |

95 days on an m11 60 days on a trident 38 days on a phantom wait, wait then wait some more. I am going with the plan of buying something every month or two. That way when they start coming in maybe the wait wont seem so bad.

I'm waiting till April 18th so I can move to PA so my wife and I can start an NFA trust THEN start waiting on a can...
I already feel every single ****ing hour until I get out of this G-d forsaken s***hole state and into the free world after 5 years in hell... ...and THEN I start the absurd long wait because of the NFA backlog.

76 days pending on F4's for two suppressors and only 58 days pending on a Form 1 SBR, all 3 on a trust. I'm a little less than 1/2 way there on the cans and 1/3 of the way there on the SBR. I'm patient....

I mailed in the forms for a stainless steel sparrow late October and today is the 5 month point. I called on my first and second transfer, but I'm just going to be surprised this time!
I mailed in the forms for a .45 Osprey and an SBR lower last week. I'm still trying to put those out of my mind.
I'd be willing to bet this time next year we will be seeing a year wait. Hopefully I'll get all my bases covered before that time. |

My checks were cashed 3/20 for an Outback IID, YHM 762 Phantom QD, and a lower for SBR. It's going to be a long 6 months. I guess I will just stay busy on the golf course. |

i hope this is wrong but i heard the current 6 month waith is long gone, and everything sent in after jan 1 2012 will be around 8 to 12 months depending on which examiner, because some examiners have more states and more workload. god i hope this is wrong.

How's this out of the norm? 6 months = about 180 days, which is where almost all transfers have been running lately. You're probably within two weeks of receiving your stamp.

I've been pending 89 days as of today for my 9mm SBR and 74 days as of today for my 5.56mm SBR and 9mm suppressor. My .22 suppressor was approved 2/29/12 after 168 days pending, so I have a while to wait yet on these three based on my last wait time.
