Is a 14 day lag normal? I'm assuming it may be because they had a billion boxes show up that week and it just took them that long to enter them all.

Right there with ya. My checks were cashed on 18 July. 6 April (that's today) is Day 262 from PENDING. My actual purchase from SiCo was 11 March, then had to wait on the F3 transfer to my dealer. It'll happen eventually.
