Some come with beautiful stripes like this one, some are plain jane. No guarantee on the stripes. I got lucky and wound up with a decent looking set worthy of a refinish. Here's a video he posted. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Zj5KjClaQI Sent the carrier off to KNS for the adjustable piston to be installed. Used a Jmac 2 port micro brake for the muzzle. I'll try the Sandman K out first. Eventually will try some of my other cans including the jailed Wolfman. I have some 7.62x39 subs I got from KVAR a while back. Once I get the KNS dialed in I'm curious to see how they compare to 300blk subs. The AK action is clunky so I know it won't be as quiet but still should be enjoyable. We shall see. My buddies gun is a underfolder Npap. It doesn't have the 1.5 mm beefed up trunion like the Zpap does. Other wise its basically the same pattern of rifle. The previous owner had sprayed the wood a fugly green krylon color. Part of his christmas gift this year was getting it refinished in Russian red since I was already sending in my set of wood for refinishing. What else would you like to know? |

If I got the RS mount for my Zastava I'd have to get the Yugo version. For anything else not Yugo like on that mini jack I'd have to get a 2nd one. Kinda sucks I couldn't just bounce it back and forth. They are not cheap. I'd love to get that mini jack in 5.56 but I'm also really wanting to get a threaded lever in 357. Decisions suck. Big part of me wants to wait and see what Ruger does with the Marlin lineup this year. That might be a while so the chance of me saying f it and getting that Mini Jack first is a real possibility. |
