I broke my sear [disconnector] into two the other day on my SAR1. I went to my local gun show today and a guy had a box of all AK47 springs. All were identified but one. It appeared to be of the right dimensions of the sear spring as I remember it. However since I lost the original spring I have no way of knowing if it is the correct one. It's 13/16" long, 14 coils and 1/8" wide.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Mine is exactly 3/4" long (12/16")

1/8" in diameter.

15 coils.

I'd say you have the correct spring for the disconnector.

Sounds like I got the one.
Thanks for your help.
