about how many round's can be fired rapidly before an AR is to hot to fire from?

When they start to cook off, you will know that you got it a little to hot. I used to do it with the M2 all the time, had to break the belt for it to stop.

4 27(30) round mags and 4 20 round mag shot as fast as you can wont do it. Thats 176.
