The Germans converted hundreds of Ppsh-41s to fire 9mm, using MP40 magazines and used them regularly, the '43s should be no different.

Why not buy the radom pps43 pistol in 9mm or
Get a tokarev version and change out the barrel which Req. only 1 pin change Mags and bolt worth with both |

Check Classic Arms, and yes a 9mm barrel 2 minutes is all that is needed to convert. It's how I did mine.

All the parts are assembled and headed off to the SOT next week or so after I finalize payment.
