Their both in line with the value of your Smith. Either one works, so it's up to you if you want one over the other. |

Have you tested the carbine? Could be a jamomatic......how expensive and readily available is 30 carbine in your area?....... I would take the glock myself

If it had been a USGI M1 Carbine I would have immediately said do it. Since it is not, and I cannot believe these words are going to come out of my mouth, get the Glock.

I like the Glock, but a 40 in that small of a pistol, it will have a bit of bite to it. One the other hand, the 30 cal. is not my thing at all and like others have said, it could be problematic with getting parts and ammo..

Glock, and I hate Glocks. Not sure I'd take an Auto-ord M1 carbine as a gift.
GI carbine would be a completely different story. |
