Wanting to upgrade my Mini 14 to one of the newer 2012 and up that have the new style picatinny rail from Ruger.  I've currently got a 195 series Ranch Rifle Mini 14 in fair shape, just wondering what you folks on here think would be a fair price to try and get out of it.
